This system uses n8n workflows to automatically enrich each lead with social media profiles, property ownership records, demographic data, and estimated income levels. OpenAI helps standardize and validate the enriched data before it flows into Airtable where the sales team works. Turned basic contact lists into comprehensive prospect profiles.
